The apartment has a separate entrance, creating a sense of privacy and full comfort. We are always there for you, welcome and enjoy. A PCR test is not required and guests do not need to be vaccinated.

The biggest advantage of Nis Apartment is its proximity to the highway, around 1.5 km away. It is especially practical for guests arriving via the E75 route from Belgrade toward Sofia, with convenient access from the Nis East exit.

Excellent guest experience
The apartment is very pleasant, tidy and beautifully lit. The location is excellent and the host is kind and quick to respond.
